Organic farming is the first & foremost important thing for sustainable living. Simply we can say that find the grains, vegetables, fruit & other food items has grown naturally before 60 years and farm those things. But there is a difficulty is to find those seeds to farm.
many of aged people knows that what they have taken as a food in their childhood or teen age collect those details from them and farm it method of organic. The new age seed may take time modify its character and after 3-5 farming the seeds shall get ready for regular faming with sustainable properties.
Benefit of this kind of farming is nature knows the equilibrium in energy and healthiness, so we have to farm and grow the correct food items, remaining shall be maintained by nature ecology.

Basic methodology of Farming as follows
* find the season for farming
If do so we may not required water, fertilizer, pesticides & other excess work. Because nature and land has better connection than us
* Prepare the land (Plough or non plough method)
* Seeding
* Plan for low watering
Prepare the land as per the plant type - water requirement, space requirement, temperature, water withstanding, dry withstanding, snow requirement, wind required plant, sunlight required, accordingly
* Harvesting
Manual seeding and harvesting of food items helps us to maintain our health in the name of exercise
* Collecting & preserving
Every group of seeds requires unique method for preservation like open air, semi wind, airtight, in cow dung, with its own shell & etc
* Do commodity trading with neighbors
Our land soil may not be suitable for all our food items, so we shall get the required non farming items from other farmers by commodity exchange.
Potential
Public have awareness about organic product and farming, but many of them doing with lack of knowledge. So let us learn the farming from nature.
In market some of non organic products are also labeled as organic food, this kind of unethical activity leads to non belief in the organic product market.
